Social media has created the phenomenon of influencers as well as unleashed a frenzied scramble for likes and follows. Brands rush to hire the best influencers to promote their products. Coming at a time when a large chunk of key statistics and figures are being purchased, the actual relevance of products, services, are often forgotten or overlooked. The problem has grown so acute that Instagram took the decision to remove the likes’ count from posts, fearing that it could have an adverse impact on people.
Sukaone provides the complete bouquet of digital services specially aimed at the solo or single person entrepreneur. These include challenging element of reputation management, considering that all our initiatives are organic in nature without any resort to paid promotional campaigns.
Recently, Sukaone was instrumental in piloting the Google Maps entry for Ek Ehsaas Foundation (EEF), a Registered Trust being run by Mrs. Reena Charles, a feisty social entrepreneur. Soon after Google issued the verification code and the entry went live, we advised Reena Charles, who is the EEF Chairperson, to ask people and volunteers associated with her rapidly growing Ek Ehsaas Foundation to post reviews about the institution’s initiatives. Within just four days the review count logged a century. The cherry on the cake was that all the reviews that were posted gave EEF highly impressive five-star ratings. It speaks volumes about that great work put in by her and the Trust. It has set high benchmarks for itself.
So how is EEF garnering these many highly positive reviews?
We sat down to analyse this extraordinary response. Usually, it is believed that it is easier for restaurants and movie halls to get reviews. Many selfie-friendly locations like malls and picnic spots or monuments get fast reviews. So how did Mrs. Reena Charles’ Ek Ehsaas Foundation garner an impressive response in quick time?
The answer is simple. Though EEF and its six projects, was formally been launched not so long ago, it is fueled by three decades-old dream. The result of real work at several levels over many years, an intent that is sincere and honest, as well as an approach that is courageous, determined and result-oriented.
While it did seem that Reena Charles went about her life normally, she was striving to make a difference to the lives of many people around her. That is exactly what is reflected in the reviews.
While Sukaone uses the same approach to all its projects as it did in the case of EEF, the undeniable fact is that be it any establishment in any sector, running it in an exemplary way that attracts a high five-star rating requires a lot of hard work. People always end up noticing this work and appreciating it.
At the time of writing this article, EEF’s review count has reached 158. The most exciting part is that this is just the beginning and even the proverbial sky is not the limit. There’s much, much more in store….
