It is said that if you want some news to spread faster than wildfire, you must tell it to a woman. What might be taken as a subtle jibe at woman everywhere and their need to gossip is in fact a compliment on the excellent networking skills of women.

Informal Communication
In order to establish a great networking system, women need to establish good relationship. Even the informal ones! This friendship or acquaintances can be formed within the work environment or outside. If it is genuine and sincere it will thrive.

This way the information travel very quickly. The strong bond that they share, the information that they impart does not need to be verified (just because it was told by a dear friend).

Formal Communication
As mentioned earlier women need their gals. When they have a secure close knit group, they feel free. Even for a formal communication like E-mail, Letter, memos etc. the sincerity in the relationship needs to be present. For example, you would visit a meeting recommended by your best friend but would rather not attend, if recommended by a stranger.
In these modern times, social media has become a mode of mass networking. Women have known to create buzz through posting anything on any of the social networking sites. It creates a wave which is then caught on by her friends and passed on.
What is important to know is that a woman’s mind can work on multiple levels and thus can create wonders. She has all the power within her when she decides to unleash it. “You tell a woman and you tell the whole society!” is the force to reckon with!
