Ek Ehsaas foundation is now my life mission. People around me have helped me shape who I am today. There was not one particular incident but a long string of wonderful experiences. Some are not so good, but most of them are amazing.
I want to be like a fruit bearing tree. Nature has two types of plants. Some of them have fruits on the outside, on display for the world to see, while others have their fruits hidden; for example a potato. Such plants we know as roots. They are used for food but are uprooted to harvest. Eradicated from existence while the rest of the plant is burnt.
But just look at the fruit bearing tree. Everyone gives attention to them. Such trees are out there for others. Fruits provide for everyone. We see people throwing stones at fruits to make them fall. No doubt, it is painful for the tree, but this pain is far less compared to what happens to the plants like ginger or potato. They get uprooted and consumed. That is death and there is no pain when you cease to exist. Ek Ehsaas foundation is the fruit bearing tree.
Every person carries positive and negative energy in some amounts. Our lives are energy in motion. We all have energy to give and receive. But it has to be the right kind of energy. Type of energy within your body will determine which kind you will attract.
Positive energy within you will help attract people having similar positive energy within them. Positive energy helps you to ask for forgiveness and give it too. If we are clean, we wake up every morning with an aura around us.
But on a note of caution, be careful of negative energy. Too much of it within yourself will attract the wrong people. As negativity builds up within yourself, it will keep harming your body and soul. It will drain you from your energy daily and will exhaust you at the end of the day. It will stop you from achieving your goals. It is good to help people but not at your own expense.
Two people having positive energy may benefit from each other by energy exchange. But similarities do not attract each other. If you are a person with lots of positive energy, you will be a magnet attracting people with negative energy towards you. Helping these people with energy exchange will drain you.
