I am Nidhi Jagtiani, Chief Image Consultant & Director at Image Redefined. My work involves grooming a person to instill confidence which helps to enhance their professional and personal skills. So my area of expertise is Image Management.
So you are basically a Soft Skills Trainer!
No, you see, Image management is a complete package. Most people do not know what is holding them back. I take a few hours to study my clients. I do a complete client need analysis and design a customised solution.
I then decide whether the client needs changes in just external appearance or deep within or do they need both. I also consider my clients lifestyle, their professional and personal goals. Each individual is different so I need to work with them accordingly in helping them achieve their goals.
Are you a shy person or are you good with people?
Yes you can say I am slightly introverted however I am good with people and have good communication skills.
How are you different from other Image Consultants?
I am known as one of the experts in my field. Many people who are in the image consultation field try to convince clients that they need transformation.
Most of my clients are already convinced that they need this transformation journey. I don’t really need to convince them because my years of experience in this industry helps me study them well. They appreciate the solution as well as the desired result. I also work in a very budget friendly way which helps me become more accessible to them. I have worked for a non earning housewife/students to corporate leaders in my profession. I have something for everyone. One just needs an open mind.
How did you acquire qualifications in this field?
I did my MBA in Marketing and worked with HT Media for Fever 104 FM channel. Soon I quit my job to change my qualifications completely. I am trained under the world renowned Image Specialist Judith Rashand (CEO & Director Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA).
What is your mantra for success?
When you believe in what you do everything is possible. I always believed that I can bring change to people through Image Management.
I am self motivated and confident about myself. My high empathy quotient and eye for fashion and styling makes me perfect for this profession.
