You have moved from the world of entrepreneurship to a corporate setup. How can you describe the transition?

As an entrepreneur, you make your own targets and rules. In a corporate that is given to you by your boss. We have to follow their rules and our time is theirs. Each and every employee is provided a timetable and that has to be followed. In return, the company gives you a vision for the next five years. You have a target set ahead and look forward to it.

Corporate also provides you with team support and training. The whole infrastructure of the company is behind you. If you are working for a well known brand, you can feel the power of the brand behind you as you tell others about it. I feel an entrepreneur misses out on this. 

In a company, your team backs you.

You are on a recruitment drive for agent advisors. What is the benefit for those who will work under you?

Firstly let me clarify that if you join, you won’t be working under me but for a brand. We shall be working together as a team. We recruit graduates and then their training program begins. We have a well structured syllabus and training program. At the end of which you can work on your own with confidence.

Not everyone will get selected. We chose only deserving candidates. Only one thing is needed, will.

You have the will, we shall give you the skill.

What else do you have to offer?

We have basically three things in mind when we recruit.

Firstly you will be working for a reputed and world renowned brand. Sky’s the limit for earning. We give max rewards and name and fame too. Any one who is ready for a long journey will get rewarded.

Secondly, if you have a desire to visit foreign countries but cannot afford to do so, we have a trip planned to different locations at regular intervals. Work with us and visit abroad too.

Thirdly, when you are selling insurance policies you are not only securing the future of a person but his family too. So as per me you are not selling policies, but supporting a social cause. If you are that person who wants to help the society, this is the right place.
