Yoga is a form of exercise that helps to improve flexibility in the body, help increase concentration and improves functionality of the organs. It is mostly concerned with young adults, who can follow the instructions properly and understand the benefits. Clearly not many thought of having yoga instructors for the age of 3-4 years and above.

Having a few children in a particular batch helps to keep a track of every child’s progress. Which means individual attention can be given. The groups are made appropriate to the age. Not all age groups can be combined together.
