Nisha Gupta is a home baker by profession and runs the brand, Cherry on Top. We found a very interesting product in her portfolio, chocolate logo. We went about finding how exactly this idea stuck and what will come next.
What is this chocolate logo concept
During Diwali 2020, I saw a chocolate logo idea from a gift hamper by Tech Mahindra. I found that idea fascinating and innovative. As I am a baker by profession, I began with some experiments and viola, a business idea was born.
I can make anything out of chocolate and my clients love it. Our most interesting product is an edible invitation card made out of chocolate. We make any logo either as a chocolate or as an imprint on chocolate sheet. Similarly we have a large number of such items on our sales list. I have a mix of creativity and customer requirement to get the final effects.
The biggest challenge faced by chocolate today is that far too much health consciousness has come in. How do you deal with that?
Basically chocolate is loved by all. However we also provide sugar free options for clients. We have also increased our range to include healthy chocolate bars. We are in sync with the latest trends and accept them.
How do you make things special?
Besides innovation, I always go for the top quality ingredients. My clients do not mind the extra cost. Baking and chocolate for me is fun and passion. Another specialty of mine is freshly baked only. All items are made only after order is placed.
I am getting a steady stream of orders. I have lots of plans for future but I will make my name slowly, one day at a time.
